Thank you for using Task Monkey. We are committed to providing a helpful and transparent experience for all our users. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund for services provided by Task Monkey.

 

 

1. Disputes

 

If you encounter a technical issue or are dissatisfied with the service, you may dispute under the following conditions:

 

  • The service failed to scan or compare any orders within 7 days of use, despite proper installation and setup.

  • The service charged credits or payments without initiating any refund attempts or meaningful activity.

  • You believe there has been an error or misrepresentation of functionality.

In the above-mentioned cases, you may choose to dispute a specific transaction by clicking the dispute button following your refund item:

 

  • Go to your Dashboard->Scan History

3. Refund

 

To request a refund, please fill the form below with the following:

 

  • Your Task Monkey account email

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Credit/Transaction Amount

We will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.
