1. Disputes
If you encounter a technical issue or are dissatisfied with the service, you may dispute under the following conditions:

The service failed to scan or compare any orders within 7 days of use, despite proper installation and setup.

The service charged credits or payments without initiating any refund attempts or meaningful activity.

You believe there has been an error or misrepresentation of functionality.
In the above-mentioned cases, you may choose to dispute a specific transaction by clicking the dispute button following your refund item:

Go to your Dashboard->Scan History

Choose the specific transaction, and click Dispute

We will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.
